the room included a minibar it also had complimentary toiletries breakfast offered a wide selection with many options available the location was excellent being very central to many attractions

central location generous room size cute staff comfortable bed
I found the location very central. It offered easy access to many attractions. The staff were cute. They were also very attentive to our needs. The room size was quite generous. The beds provided a comfortable sleep.
The television remote only work to turn television on. It also controlled the volume. I could not change channels with it.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They provided clear directions. They gave helpful recommendations for local sightseeing. The breakfast service were quick. It was also very efficient.

decent stay with minor issues
excellent location city center lovely staff hot water cooler temperature blackout curtains
the location is excellent. it is right in the city center (so convenient!). many major tourist sites are within walking distance. the staff was lovely, they even arranged for us to keep our room an extra night.
it took a full ten minutes for the hot water to come through in the shower. the air con was difficult to work out, i couldn't get a cooler temperature. the curtains weren't blackout, i couldn't get a proper sleep as a result.
